Making Space is a voluntary organisation who offer support to relatives and carers of people with enduring mental health problems.

Mental After Care Association (MACA)
The service provides support for people with mental health problems in their own home to enable them to live independently. They also have a day centre 3 days a week which is open 9.00am to 5.00pm. Please call for further details.

Messy Pups
If your child is aged between 18 months to 3.5 years, bring them along to this fun and messy session. There will be lots of different activities from finger painting to playing with giant jellies. Please put your child in old clothes! Dearne Community Children's Centre will provide old clothing for the session if you don't have any.

Metrodome and Rockley Disabled Sports Club
The disabled sprts club meets every Thursday and provides different sporting opportunities for young people with disabilities. Please contact the provider for further details.

Millennium Volunteers is a national scheme for young people aged 16 to 24 to help them get involved in volunteering in their local communities. MV has helped young people find work, access training and qualifications, gap year activities, make new friends and make a difference in local communities. Becoming a Millennium Volunteer is very easy, just let the project know. You can then arrange a meeting to discuss what kind of volunteering you want to do, where and when!
